SHIPPING POLICY

All Studio Kestens jewelry is handcrafted by Stien and made to order to avoid overproduction. This means that almost every piece is produced especially for you. For these made-to-order pieces, please allow 3-5 weeks for production, plus 1 week for shipping. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping within Belgium costs €10 and usually takes 2-3 business days. Shipping outside of Belgium costs €20 and can take 5-14 business days.

All packages are sent with a tracking code, which will be sent to you via email once the parcel is on its way.

For international orders, please be aware that import taxes may be applied by your country's customs upon receipt. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your package leaves Studio Kestens, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during shipment.

Additionally, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@studiokestens.com as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

RETURN POLICY
