Shipping Policy
All Studio Kestens jewelry is handmade by Stien and crafted to order to avoid overproduction. This means that nearly every piece is made especially for you. For these made-to-order items, please allow a production time of 3 to 5 weeks, plus an additional week for shipping.
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.

We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping within Belgium typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
International shipping may take 5 to 14 business days.

All packages are shipped with a track & trace code, which you will receive by email once your package is on its way.

For international orders: please note that customs in your country may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your package has left Studio Kestens, we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Studio Kestens is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
